Montera Studio provides AI-powered car rendering and visualization services. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

•Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
•Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the Service

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Montera Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Generated Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. Generated renderings are yours to use commercially or personally. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Some aspects of the Service are provided on a paid subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis based on your selected plan.

•Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
•Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
•We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Montera Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
